We aim to manage all complaints and inquiries within 60 working days, unless it can be resolved immediately to your satisfaction. Complex complaints may take more than 60 working days to finalise.
Once you have lodged your complaint it will be referred to a complaint manager who will investigate your complaint and contact you with an outcome. During the investigation the complaint manager may contact you to obtain additional information to assist with resolving the complaint.
